Greg McElroy (Alabama) goes 16-of=22 for 307 yards and 5 TD passes for the Dragons. Evan Fentriss (Rice) has 6 catches for 90 yards and 3 TDs, while Clint Renfro (TCU) has 5 catches for 160 yards and 1 TD.

The Raiders keep close into the second quarter, allowing just a 26-yard TD pass from McElroy to Fentriss in the 1st quarter, and a 35-yard FG by Kevin Ortega in the early 2nd quarter. But then McElroy hits Fentriss with a 16-yard TD and Zak Presley with a 4-yard TD late in the 1st half. Southlake-Carroll stretches out the lead in the 2nd half.
