Esperanza Aztecs run over Los Alamitos in 46-19 beating.

Esperanza's Wing-T dominates the Griffins, rolling up 581 yards rushing. Wingback/DB Shane Henry (Boise State) runs for 272 yards and 3 TDs on just 8 carries. Fullback Rocky Taloa rushes for 115 yards and 2 TDs, while junior Charles Neal (Oregon) adds 62 yards and 2 TDs.

Neal's 10-yard TD run gives Esperanza a 6-3 lead early. Quarterback Kevin Jablonsky follows with a 34-yard TD run, and Taloa tacks on a 1-yard TD run for a 20-3 lead. Henry scores on a 38-yard end-around stretching the lead to 27-6.

Henry starts the 2nd half with a 67-yard TD run opening a 34-13 lead, then later takes on a 72-yard TD.

Los Alamitos' Ross Hill goes 20-of-34 for 253 yards and 2 TDs.

Los Alamitos includes DE Toby Turpin (Washington State), tackle Brent Barkwill (Northeastern) and junior DE Ken Borg (Fresno State).
