The Tigers have no answers for McKinley's defense or junior RB Morgan Williams (Toledo). Williams runs for 236 yards and 4 TDs. Meanwhile, Washington manages just 123 total yards and gets its only score on Troy Ellis' 50-yard INT return that cuts it to 24-8 in the 3rd quarter.

Following Williams' 1st TD run, Dan Grimsley makes it 14-0 hitting WR/CB Mark Jackson (Toledo) for a 21-yard TD. Williams adds TD runs of 6, 14 and 2 yards in the 2nd half.
