Springdale dominates Evangel Christian in a 35-7 rout.

Only a TD run by S/RB Ramon Broadway (Arkansas) on the final play averts a shutout for the Eagles. Springdale builds a 21-0 lead in the 1st half and spends much of the game in cruise control.

The Bulldogs grab the immediate lead on a 24-yard end-around by Damien Williams (Arkansas/USC) capping the opening drive. Springdale comes right back with Matt Clinkscales' 2-yard TD run set up by a 48-yard pass from Mitch Mustain (Arkansas) to Williams. Mustain extends the lead to 21-0 with an 11-yard TD run just before halftime.

Clinkscales adds a 6-yard TD run, and Mustain hits TE/LB Ben Cleveland (Arkansas) with a 10-yard TD pass in the 2nd half. Mustain goes 10-of-20 for 142 yards, while Clinkscales rushes for 122 yards.

Springdale also includes OT Bartley Webb (Notre Dame), WR Andrew Norman (Arkansas), junior LB/TE Zac Pianalto (North Carolina), junior LB Jamie Jones (Mississippi State) and junior K Alex Tejada (Arkansas).
