Jesuit Crusaders bring Lincoln's perfect season to a stunning end w/ a 14-10 win.

Lincoln, the Pacific Northwest's oldest public high school, makes its first appearance in the state championship and leads 10-7 late into the game. However, Jesuit's Colin Quade blocks a punt w/ 2:59 left in the game. QB Austin Pearce (Notre Dame baseball) scores on a 3-yard run on the very next play.

The Cardinals' last hope ends when sophomore Jordan Polk is unable to hang onto a long pass after the cornerback slips.

Lincoln junior Conner Kavanaugh (Portland State) goes 29-of-45 for 290 yards and 2 INTs. Kavanaugh puts the Cardinals ahead 10-7 on a 2-yard TD run w/ 2:30 left in the 3rd quarter. Jesuit had led 7-3 on junior Paul Weatheroy's 8-yard TD run in the 2nd quarter. Weatheroy (Air Force) rushes for 133 yards.

Jesuit star RB/LB Keo Camat (Oregon State) is a dominating player on both sides, rushing for 64 yards while catching 4 passes for 41 yards. Defensively, Camat has 6 tackles, 2 for a loss, 1 fumble recovery and breaks up 3 passes.
