Jeannette Jayhawks and junior Terrelle Pryor (Ohio State) dominate Greensburg Central Catholic 24-14 to capture their 7th WPIAL crown.

Pryor runs for 143 yards and 2 TDs, while going 7-of-13 for 179 yards, and turning in a couple of big defensive plays. Prior's 70-yard TD run in the 4th quarter opens a 24-8 lead for the Jayhawks.

Meanwhile, Jeannette's defense shuts down the Centurions' workhorse RB/LB Max Suter (Syracuse). Suter is held to a season-low 25 yards.

After giving up an early safety, the Jayhawks take control, going ahead on a 3-yard TD run by Pryor. After Jeannette extends the lead to 10-2, Greensburg CC counters with 1-yard keeper by Cody Catalina (Syracuse) that is set up by a 69-yard punt return by WR/S Nick Sukay (Penn State). Catalina finishes 13-of-24 for 132 yards.

But Syracuse can't stop Pryor. His 68-yard pass to Nick Spino sets up Jerry Harris' 4-yard TD run for a 17-8 lead before halftime. Then Pryor caps it with his 70-yard TD run in the 4th quarter.

Jeannette also includes WR/LB Davonte Shannon (Buffalo).

Greensburg Central Catholic includes junior DB Chris Hayden-Martin (Boston College).
