Rams hold off the 49ers for 30-26 victory.

Kurt Warner throws for 321 yards and 3 TDs as St. Louis builds a 30-16 lead following Warner's 39-yard TD pass to Isaac Bruce early in the 4th quarter. However, San Francisco rallies, cutting it to 30-26 on a 10-yard TD pass from Jeff Garcia to Terry Jackson and a 33-yard FG by Jose Cortez.

But Marshall Faulk takes over, allowing the Rams to run out the clock. Faulk rushes for 105 yards while Bruce catches 8 passes for 144 yards and 1 TD.
