Delhomme throws for 277 yards and 2 TDs, helping to overcome 2 INTs, including 1 returned for a score by Tim Wansley. The late rally gives Carolina a sweep on the NFC South rivalry.

The Bucs had erased a 20-7 deficit when Brad Johnson connects with Keyshawn Johnson and Keenan McCardell for TDs in the 4th quarter prior to a FG by Martin Gramatica. Johnson throws for 275 yards and 2 TDs helping to overcome a 1st quarter INT that Mike Minter returns for a TD just 3:55 into the contest.
