49ers pull off the shocking upset 15-10 with lots of help from the Bucs and Chris Simms.

San Francisco manages just 50 yards passing, but gets 5 FGs by Joe Nedney. Chris Simms hits Joey Galloway on a 78-yard TD pass in the 4th quarter pulling Tampa Bay to within 12-10. But Simms also throws 2 INTs, loses 1 fumble and takes 3 sacks. Two interceptions set up a pair of Nedney's FGs.

The 49ers shut down Cadillac Williams, holding the star rookie to 20 yards on 13 carries.
