HISTORY:

Zed was born at Darmoth Castle, third and youngest son of King Zedrick and Lady Tonya. After his older brothers Zarek and Zack joined StarFleet, Zed had minor trouble convincing his parents to permit him to join also. While Zarek graduated eighth in his class, and Zack was twenty-fifth, Zed wasn't as high as Zarek, but he was in the top twenty. Upon graduating from the academy, Ensign Zed Dragon was assigned to the USS Independence.

Zed Dragon worked his way up to Lt Commander very quickly. After the death of his wife, he fell in love with his CO. With the memories of his lost loved one, and not feeling that the relationship with his CO could work, Zed felt it was time to move on. He decided that it was time to transfer. On 11 November, 2375, Lt Cmdr Zed Dragon stepped into the position as the Computer Specialist aboard Deep Space 12.

Zedrick Dragon resigned from Star Fleet and is currently serving his father as the XO aboard the RDS Draconus II under the command of his oldest brother, Draco.

09 May, 2374, Zed was married to Zandra Hiroshima.
20 March, 2375, A Romulan ship attacked the USS Independence. One of Zed's tantos flew off the wall from the violent shaking and embedded itself in Zandra 's abdomin. She died in Zed's arms.
