Who would have thought that this middle class boy will one day become the wonderboy of Indian cricket. At a very young age when he used to play cricket with his friends in the streets of bombay, he showed his batting abilities.He was not very well known in his locality because he used to break window panes while batting.Sachin's elder brother recognised his talent and decided to give him the required guidance. Sachin is one of those rare cases with pure born talent.It just required a little bit of training which was given by ACHREKAR. Sachin outshone at school level cricket too.He was involved in a record partnership of 500 odd runs in a match for his school.He was on the field, batting for nearly 3 days.This required the highest level of concentration and immense talent.To imagine that he had both of them at that young age. Wasn't it obvious that he ,one day would develop into a master blaster. <HR> <A NAME="ENROUTE"> <P> <H2><I>SACHIN'S TRAINING</I></H2> Sachin just required a little bit of guidance ,cause he was immensly talented.Achrekar was his coach and guiding star.Sachin used to practice at the Shivaji Park ground,Bombay . <p><IMG SRC="SACHIN.JPG"> <p>Sachin started playing in Ranji Trophy at a very tender age.Immediately the legendry Sunil Gavaskar noticed him and became his godfather in Indian cricket.Sachin played his first test match when he was 16.His first major innings was in England.When the Indian batting had totally collapsed,Sachin scored his first test 100.That innings brought Sachin in the limelight.That time the world saw ,for the first time the real Sachin. From there he never looked back. One innings after another.He went from strength to strength to stake his claim for the title of "WORLD'S BEST BATSMAN ". <HR> <A NAME ="DESTROYER"> <H2><I>SACHIN:THE BEST</I></H2> Zimbabwe got a new bowler to try out in India,for the Independence Cup.Name=>HEATH DAVIS. He will probably never again be able to bowl at his best.In that match against INDIA ,his whole life changed.Sachin single-handedly spoilt his whole carrier in a matter of a few minutes.Sachin trashed him so badly that in that over ,when Sachin was on strike ..Davis was not able to get a single ball through . The 4 Wides and 3 No-balls he bowled tells its own story. It was a 13 ball over.
