1.Stage Select
During the intro scenes (when you see the jets fly) enter the following code: Up (D-Pad), C-Down, left, C-Right, down, C-Up, right, C-left, L, R, Z. You should now hear a chime to tell you the code worked. Now select Main Game and pick the mission you want -- from Tokyo to Space.
2.Watch the World Come out of the Ice Cave
First make sure you have the F-15/X29. Then delete your data in options and you can still play as the F-15 and X-29 but they are invisible. Get to the ice cave with either two of them. When you beat the level, Australia is coming out of the ice cave! I wondered what the heck is that? In the next scene, the whole earth comes out of the ice cave! Strange and cool!
3.Invisibility
To become invincible and invisible, you need the F-15, the X-29 and easy difficulty on. Erase your data in options (if you want all your points, then don't do this code), then go to main game. The F-15 and X-29 aren't there, but Spanky and Mao Mao still are! Choose one of them, and your jet is invisible. Now enemies can't hit you, missiles, fireballs ext. go through you! You are also invincible (if you are on the easy difficulty). You will not be invincible on hard or normal (as long as you don't crash you are anyways). Cool codes, but this does not work in multiplayer.
4.VORTEX Glitches
There are 2 vortex glitches. They both work with the F-15 and the FSX.
VORTEX GLITCH 1 - Go into front view (simply press UP on the control pad), then pull up lightly and fire your ninja beam. It will send you into a blue vortex for a second.
VORTEX GLITCH 2 - Go to the Pacific Ocean. Kill the boss, then guess where the next boss will rise and kill it with your ninja beams. If you are fast enough to kill it while it is underwater, you'll see it blowing up underwater, but the whole thing turns into a vortex and the water turns into the sky! It looks like the subs and frigates are flying! Very wierd!
5.Super Hard Bosses
Want REALLY hard bosses? Then on some bosses like the giant eye and the super fortress, run out of time. Instead of fire balls, they fire ninja beams at you, taking you out in what hit! Think you can kill the bosses now?
6.Watch New York City Blow Up
Want to see New York city go up in flames? Then go to Air Battle, and try to survive the F-22s and Refale for a long time. When the time runs out in this level, you see the boss blow up New York in a nuclear explosion.
7.Watch the Earth Blow Up
NOOOOOOO!!! We're all gonna die! If you want to see the earth blow up to nothing, go to the secret level, the moon. Then, try to live through the super UFO and run out of time. When you run out of time, the alien flies at the earth, releasing a bomb large enough to blow it up.
8.Super Turret Found in Ice Cave
Do the shortcut in ice cave trick, but before the shortcut, head upwards, and you should head back for the start of the level. You should end up in a secret chamber. Inside is a super turret that not even the best of the best players can beat, the turret will bring you down with a wave of fireballs, and you can't dodge them!
9.Shortcut in Ice Cave
So you don't want to go through the long ice cave with AK1s and ground patrol all over the place, do you? There is secret shortcut through a cool UFO in the level with no enemies. At the beginning of the ice cave, you should make a big drop. Go to the far wall and try to make a u-turn to the other side of the cave. If you turn around, you see big X's below the start. Go through them, then you see a wall. Well, it's really not a wall, when you get close up, it's the entrance inside the UFO. Pull up when you get near it, cause you'll hit the floor that slants up. Follow the tunnel along, and you should make it to the boss without a scratch!
10.Easy Bonus Levels
Having problems getting to the air docking level? In the first level, blow up all the buildings in sight. They give a 1,000 points each, and that's an easy way to get to a bonus level!
11.Super X Walker Dies Instantly
This is a very cool trick if you want a perfect health and weapons score. In the first level, try to run out of time. When you do, there's a cinema scene of the X Walker trying to destroy the big building, then the building turns into a cannon, then fires several ninja beams at it, killing it for you!
12.Super Weapons
This trick works with the F-14 and EFA. Normally a tomahawk attack fires 4 of them. Press in the order Special attack, missile, defense ( or R,A,B), and it fires 5. If you have a lock on an enemy, it fires 5 tomahawks and 4 explosive heat seekers! A great trick for enemy territory.
13.Play as Spanky the Dolphin
This is no easy cheat. Beat every bonus level and every normal and the last secret level, and you can play as Spanky.

14.Secret Level
To go to the secret level, the moon, you must beat all the bonus levels and normal levels, then the last normal level. When you get there, this mission is not easy at all. You have a measly 3 minutes to destroy a lightning quik- nearly indestructible UFO and 3 fast drones with no wingman support! Your best bet here is Glenda.
15.Extra Planes in Battle Mode
You earn extra planes in Battle Mode by beating the the following courses:
Stage 1 - MIG 25
Stage 2 - MIG 31
Stage 3 - F-22
Stage 4 - KFR C2
Than you get the EFA and RAFALE when you beat the game. Good luck!
16.Hidden Plane
Press C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, C-Left, C-Right, C-Down when "Press Start" appears on the opening screen. Now you'll find a hidden F-15 with a girl pilot.
17.Alternate Plane Colors
Press R at the plane selection screen in main game, practice or boss attack modes. For death match mode, hold R while selecting one of the four default planes.
18.Enable Mao Mao
On the title screen, press: C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, C-Left, C-Right, C-Down.
19.Air Docking
To reach the first bonus you must complete Tokyo and the Pacific Ocean stages with a very high score.
