Eazy-E was the only well established artist to Recognize Latin Rap and try to help share it with the world!!

Eric (Eazy-E) Wright (1963-1995)

First off I want to say that Eazy was a good friend of mine. And despite his image he was the coolest MuthaFu-ka you could ever meet. The first time we met was at Ruthless Records. I was writing lyrics for Tarrie"B", one of his artists. Eazy took me in his office and popped in a movie (Boys in the Hood) and started kikin it like he knew me forever. He gave us a gang of CDs and Ruthless sh-t then took us into the office of Jerry Heller where I was Paid for my work and they didn't try to jack me for my publishing so I can confirm the Eazy/Jerry stories are not true! Then Jerry made his assistant show us her tits and we left. I didn't see Eazy again until a couple years later. Tony Gonzales (my producer) got in touch with them and E started coming around the studio everyday. This is when SlowPain and I got tight with him. He once told us we were "tha only MuthaFu-kas he invited to his pad". I could tell you about all the $$$ he gave us, or about the studio he helped build, now known as the G-SPOT Studio, but we all know Eazy was rich so I won't even bore you with that. Eazy was down to earth, humble and our hommie, so F-ck all the sh-t talkers! Eazy is probably looking down on us, puffin a fatty saying " Yall don't wanna make no money". Where ever he is, he's kikin it I guarantee it! I speak for Everyone at the G-SPOT when I say we are gonna miss that homeboy. "Thanks Eazy, for being the only person that actually took the time to listen to our music. Even though you’re not with us we will show the world the talent you heard behind the door of the G-SPOT" REST IN PEACE ETERNAL"E"

May Eric Wright rest in peace
