...After the owner of the huge toy corporation, Kenneth Zevo, dies. In his will he gives the corporation into hands of his brother, the Genereal. His son, Leslie (played by Robin Williams) isn't very good with all that business thing. But after the General and his son Patrick started to produce war toys, Leslie decided to do something about it...
The movie is very controversial - at one point it's very original, fresh and unusual world, but it all fades by final fight between good and evil toys. Ending doesn't keep originality of the beginning, but you'll watch this movie more than one time.
