The Chronicles of Narnia were written by the late great C.S. Lewis in the 1950's, but remain timeless...truly the mark of Classic Literature. The books are written for children...children of all ages. If you are like me, you will want to return into the Land of Narnia time and time again!
In these books, you will learn valuable life lessons...lessons about the love of our God, the way to treat others, true heroism, and learn what it means to travel the road of life in search of Eternal Happiness...for, when it comes right down to it, we are all just travelors in this world, journeying back to the Land of our destiny...Heaven.
Come journey with 3 children as they travel the Land of Narnia, read of their
adventures as they meet evil and learn that good always prevails.
There are 7 books in the Chronicles of Narnia...
1. The Magicians Nephew
2. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
3. The Horse and his Boy
4. Prince Caspian
5. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
6. The Silver Chair
7. The Last Battle
Please bring your children to these pages, and journey with me through the Land
of Aslan, the Great Lion King, Reepicheep the brave mouse, Puddleglum, the
Marsh Wiggle, Prince Caspian, Bree, the talking horse and many many more!
On these pages, I will provide a brief summary of each book in the series, and
strongly encourage you to get the Chronicles and read them to and with your
children. Please be sure also to visit the various links to other Narnia sites.
Come back often...and enjoy!!

Comments: Art, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your inclusion of the
Chronicles Of Narnia as a part of this homepage... Your recognition of the value of these
wonderful books speaks plainly of your character and the high regard you have for
families. The Chronicles have always held a special place in my heart. Even when reading
it as a child I felt its magic.. Dreaming of a "better" world... one in which Good does
conquer evil... Narnia became my safe place... As I grew up, (well.. still in the process I
guess), the eyes of my soul were opened.. I recognized the Spirit of Christ as Aslan... Evil
did die, as Christ, (Aslan), took on our sins and was later resurrected to the TRUE
UTOPIA called Heaven.. The Chronicles are rich with Christian symbolism.. and the
conflict of characters provide ample life lessons.. not only for children.. but perhaps more
so to those who most in need of it.. we adults.. May many more families now receive
inspiration from your words... God bless!! Love, Melissa
Let our journey begin!!!
