Is this the face of Jesus? Is Jesus a white, Anglo Saxon male? Is God a male?

I know that this is not the face of the Jesus who died on the cross for me and the rest of humanity. The question is why do people accept this face as the face of Jesus? I love Jesus and for a long time I have looked at that image and expected a man to look exactly like that to meet me in heaven when my time came. It wasn't till a few years later that I thought to myself, what is the significance of Jesus being a white male? I went to a strict catholic school and had it drilled in my head the face of a blonde,brown haired man and blue eyes as the son of God. It angered me that everyone felt that Jesus could not have the face of a black man, or the slanted eyes of an asian man and so forth.

Why do bible call God a HE? What is so wrong with God being a SHE? What is wrong with being a she? Is being a female a sin? Is it so horrible to be a woman or to consider God to have female traits? Women in the bible have been given a bad rap, in the book of Revelations Babylon is considered a female, the Marys in the bible had sexual issues, 1 Mary was a whore, the second did not ask to be the Mother of Christ and she is considered a life long virgin even though she was a married woman. There are a few women who were strong and the bible does acknowlege them, but not as they do the men.
