Bucky manages his way into a New York City radio station, in order to give a very important message to the nation: The Invaders had been hypnotized by the Red Skull, and all-new heroes were needed to stop them! The Patriot is the first to join the new squad as he is already in the radio station to begin with, and soon the Red Raven, Thin-Man, the Whizzer, Miss America, the Blue Diamond, and Jack Frost soon join them to create -- the Liberty Legion! Part Four! Continued from The Invaders#6. It turns out that the Red Skull and the hypnotized Invaders have been in the basement in the very same radio station building that the Liberty Legion call their headquarters! The Skull also gives the Legion a threat: They must meet in New York's Yankee Stadium to have one, final, all-out battle with the Invaders. They do, and of course, a fight ensues. Bucky becomes the genius of the issue as he thinks of a last-ditch effor plan: He will free Toro, who is still under the Skull's hypnotic power. By Bucky's planing, the kid Torch will zoom to wherever the Skull's hideout is, giving the Legion an advantage. But Toro does more than that -- as he tries to reach the Skull, he accidentally destroys the villains equipment that keeps control over the Invaders! The heroes come to their senses and stop the fight, but in the end, the Red Skull is no where to be found...
