Smart Snacking


Why bother mowing through foods that deliver nada in the way of 
nutrition? When wou're all set for a snack, make a grab for one of 
these tasty treats:

-A bagel
-A container of lowfat or nonfat yogurt
-A banana
-Half a baked potato
-A snack-size box of raisins
-A handful of baby carrots
-A couple of fat-free fig bars
-An orange
-A bowl of whole grain cereal with milk
-A cup of air-popped popcorn
