Giles tilted to his head back, and his eyes started to droop. Giles had been reading his books all night trying to find a way to locate Buffy. Al the other slayrettes were asleep. They stretched their bodies out all over the library; tilting their heads on books, backpacks, table tops. Cozy and comfortable, or at least as comfy as you could get sleeping in a library. All of them were to eager to find Buffy, and insisted they stay up all night until they devised a plan. These kids were amazingly loyal, acted like a family always looking out for one another. They loved Buffy as did Giles, and would not rest until they found her and brought her back safe and sound. Giles had been studying a book of spells trying to find a way of communicating with Buffy. Giles was completely exhausted but fought sleep. Giles kept telling himself he could not sleep until he came up with a plan. Giles head started to drop forward, and his eyes struggling to stay open, closed from fatigue. Giles head rested on the open book, and he started to drift off to sleep. Giles subconscious thoughts started to swim around in his head while he started to dream.

"Giles? Giles? Wakeup Giles"

Giles groggily opened his eyes, and tried to focus on the person in front of him. Giles opened wide and his mouth fell open in surprise feeling fully awake whispered, "It can't be…Jenny is that you?"

Jennifer Calendar smiled, her warm brown eyes filled with love. Taking a step closer to Giles said, "yeah. It is I, Rupert. I missed you." Giles still shocked said, "I missed you too, Jenny. I never thought I would see you again. Are you okay?"

Jenny laughed. Her laughter sounded unusually like church bells. "I'm an angel, Rupert. I have never felt better."

Giles smiled relieved she was all right, and happy. "I'm so glad, Jenny. I was worried about you."

Jenny smiled warmly filling Giles's heart with love. "I know you have, Rupert. I have been watching you. You do not have to worry about me…I am happy. Heaven is not what I expected, but it is beautiful none the less. Make peace with yourself, Rupert…like I did."

Giles fought back the tears of happiness and sadness over seeing Jenny again. "How can I when it's my fault your gone. I lost you, Jenny."

Jenny shook her head and said, "No you didn't. You can never lose me, Rupert. I will always be with you…just look inside your heart and you will find me. I love you, Rupert."

Giles could not hold the tears back any longer as he said, "I love you, Jenny. I am so sorry for the way things turned out…I wanted us to have more time together."

Jenny's eyes sparkled as she said, "We will someday."

"I wish we could go there together right now."

Jenny shook her head before saying, "Not yet, Rupert. It is not time for you…you have a life here. I came to bring you a message." Giles rose from his seat and walked closer to Jenny.

"A message? What kind of message?"

Jenny's eyes darkened but the smile remained on her enchanted face. "It's about Angel. He is trapped in Hell…and only Buffy can save him. Angel needs to be freed, Giles."

Giles overwhelmed with grief whined, "But how can I free Angel if I don't know where Buffy is at? She just vanished without a trance."

Jenny gazed into Rupert's eyes and calmly said, "I know where she is hiding. Buffy's in a small town in Massachusetts."

Giles blinked surprised. "What is she doing there?"

Jenny sighed softly, "She's trying to escape her past. Losing Angel hurt her too much. She thought leaving Sunnydale, and moving to Capeside would lessen the pain. She's wrong though, Rupert. She's needed here…and only Buffy can free Angel."

"I'll go get her and bring her back."

Jenny smiled again, and leaned in to kiss Giles. Giles was surprised but returned the kiss. Jenny pulled back, and touched Giles's face softly. "I'm glad I got to say goodbye this time. I have to go."

Giles confused and upset blustered, "No, Jenny. You can't leave me…I need more time."

Jenny shook her head sadly; "There is no more time, Rupert. Goodbye. I'll miss you…don't forget me."

Giles stood there teary eyed as he watched Jenny become engulfed in a bright light. Speaking softly Giles said, "Goodbye, Jenny…I love you."

Giles awoke suddenly saying "Jenny." Looking around he saw he was alone, and it was all a dream. Leaning up in his chair, Giles rubbed hie eyes trying to fully wake himself up from his magical dream. Searching for his glasses, Giles saw a red rose with a note attached. Picking the rose up he read the note.

The note read:

Dear Giles, Buffy is in Capeside, Massachusetts. Please go get her, and bring her back. Take care, and I will be watching.

Love always, Jenny

Giles smiled and realized it really was not a dream. Looking up at the ceiling whispered a quiet thank you. Gathering his thoughts he put on his glasses, and left his office. Entering the main part of the library said loudly, "Ok rise and shine. We have a very busy day ahead of us." When nobody woke up, Giles took his gong and hit it. All eyes flew open, and the sleepy slayerettes started to stir. Giles waited until all the mumbling and complaining stopped before continuing. When Giles realized he had everyone's full attention spoke, "It's time to get down to business."

The teenagers looked at each other first then Giles wondering what he meant.

Angel Spend all your time waiting for that second
chance For the break that will make it
Okay
There's always some reason to feel not good enough
And it's hard at the end of the day
I need some distraction or a beautiful release
Memories seep from my veins
Let me be empty and weightless and maybe
I'll find some peace tonight
In the arms of the angel far away from here
From this dark, cold, hotel room, and the endlessness that you feel
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie
You're in the arms of the angel;
may you find some comfort here
So tired of the straight line, and everywhere you turn
There's vultures and thieves at your back
The storm keeps on twisting, you keep on building the lie
That make up for all that you lack It don't make no difference,
escape one last time It's easier to believe In this sweet madness,
oh this glorious sadness
That brings me to my knees
In the arms of the Angel far away from here
From this dark, cold, hotel room, and the endlessness that you feel
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie
You're in the arms of the Angel;
may you find some comfort here In the arms of the Angel;
may you find some comfort here
