The 10 Commandments of ICQ URL's
I. Thou shalt not forward an ICQ URL to the person that sent it to them.
II. Thou shalt not forward a URL that does not serve a specific, useful purpose to the person ye are sending it to.
III.Thou shalt only forward one URL or less each day thou breathest.
IV. Thou shalt not forward a URL without first visiting the URL personally to see that it is appropriate for the recipient.
V. Thou shalt not forward a URL to the same person more than one time, unless noticeable changes have been made to the site.
VI. Thou should thinkest first of the possibility that the intended recipient has already received the URL from another person.
VII. Thou must consider the number of people on the intended recipients ICQ list, if more than 5 thou should consider not sending the URL until after asking if recipient has seen the site.
VIII. Thou must never forward Virus warning messages under the disquise of a URL.
IX. Thou should never send URL's to a member of their contact list that they have not spoken to in over a month.
X. Thou should bookmark this page so that the next time they are ready to cause injury to their computer they may send it to the person or persons they know to be abusing the URL component of ICQ.
