CHICKEN STROGANOFF

6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 12 oz. Carton Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package Onion Soup mix

Place Chicken in Crock Pot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.Cook on low for 4 -6 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

CHILI VERDE

1 Onion, chopped
1 Sweet Red Pepper, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 4oz. Can Green Chiles, diced
7 Tomatilloes, chopped
2 lb Pork, fat trimmed, and cubed
2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
2 Teaspoons Dried Sage
1 Teaspoon Dried Cumin
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Teaspoon Dried Cilantro
1/2 Cup Beer

Saute Onion, Red Pepper, and Garlic in Olive Oil. Place all ingredients in Crock Pot and Cook on Low for 8 hours. Make Burritos or use as dip.

CARAMEL APPLES

2 14 oz packages Caramels
1/4 cup Water
8 md Apples

In crockpot, combine caramels and water. Cover and cook on high for about 90 minutes, stir frequently. Wash and dry apples. Insert stick into the stem end of each apple. Turn control on low. Dip apple into hot caramel and turn to coat entire surface. Holding apple above pot, scrape off excess caramel from bottom apple. Place on greased wax paper to cool.

CREAMY CHICKEN

1 Whole Chicken; cut up
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter or Margarine
Salt and Pepper To Taste
2 Tablespoons or 1 package Dry Italian Salad Dressing
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
6 oz Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup Wine or Sherry
1 Medium Onion, Chopped

Coat chicken with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a crockpot and sprinkle with dry mix . Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. About 45 minutes before done, mix soup, cream cheese, wine, and onion in a small saucepan. Cook until smooth. Pour over the chicken and cover and cook another 45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles with sauce.

SWISS STEAK

1 Round Steak, cut in serving size pieces
2 cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
1 4 oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 Onion, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
1 Green Pepper, Sliced

Combine flour, salt, and black pepper in medium-size bowl. Coat steaks in flour mixture, Melt butter in a hot skillet. Brown steak on both sides, but do not cook. Place in crockpot and add tomato sauce, onion, and green pepper. Cook low for about 8 hours.
