Julian's body is hard to damage by conventional means, and he is trained to defend himself. That last is a result of events leading to his death, since he had had to rely on another robot to fight for him. Julian can link up with any internet system he's come in contact with before from any where on that planet, so long as he has his virtual-screen and a way to jack in. His body has these advantages: Bullet proof, lazer resistant body shell under the skin. Increased speed Enhanced vision Small, miscellanious others His body is organic, and cannot be mistaken for anything other than human (unless you can somehow look past the surface, or damage the skin.)
Weaknesses Julian is a robot, and therefore sensitive to electrical impulses. A lightning strike is something highly feared by him. Julian does have his fears. His first death resulted in someone entering his system and taking him over. His friend had to kill him to save herself. Due to this, Weaknesses he hates allowing access of any kind, especially if the entry is forced.
Armitage Armitage is a good, if odd, friend of Julian's. She too is a robot, and can be as big a pain as him if she so decides. Unlike him, she was meant for fighting, and has a far easier time of it than him. She is also more agressive, and tends to lose patience with Julian's pranks and attitude problem.
Valyn de Balois Valyn is the first elf Julian ever met, and provided the robot with his first experience in magic. He placed a bad luck spell on Julian, which took since Julian had no way of fighting it. With proper programming, Julian could learn to handle and resist magic, but, for now, remains pretty much at it's mercy. This scares him more than a bit, as does Valyn. Thankfully, Valyn has no clue how badly he frightened and shook Julian with that spell. Julian has found that Valyn is somewhat likable, once you get past the fact he seems to try to get people hurt and/or killed on a regular basis. He seems somewhat alright, even if he doesn't like mint choclate chip ice cream.

![]() Simply put, Ranma 1/2 is a popular Japanese animation series produced by the famous cartoonist, Takahashi Rumiko (family name first). She had created some other animation or comics before Ranma 1/2, including Urusei Yatsura and Maison Ikkoku, all are extremely popular. If you have to categorize this series I would say it's an action style romance comedy (or romatic action comedy?). It's really hard to say, given the rich volume of material. You get everything from this series: love, martial arts, ghosts, ancient gods, folk tales, transformations, time travelling, and *tons* of jokes! Perhaps the only thing missing is space ships and ETs..... Watch Urusei Yatsura if you like this also. Ranma 1/2 was started in 1988 as comics (manga), and the series was continuously run for 6 years. It has ended in 1996, with a total number of 36 volumes. The stories was made into TV series and three Ranma 1/2 anime films were also produced. Several OVA are also produced and are quite popular. The plot centers around the main character, Saotome Ranma. Ranma is a martial artist, following his father, Genma, from his early childhood to train himself as a "man among man". Yet one day, his stupid father brought him to a place in China called Jusenkyo, which consists of hundreds of pools. Accidentally (Remember: accidents are very, very normal in this series. Normality, on the contrast, is very rare) they both fall into two different pools, only to find out that all the pools there are cursed. When they got out of the water, Ranma found out that he has turned into a *girl*, and that his father has turned into a giant panda. Later they find out that *COLD WATER* turn them the way they are cursed and *HOT WATER* can change them back. Well if that's all about it then Takahashi won't be so successful (in fact, she's one of the (or the most?) wealthiest woman in Japan). Ranma's stupid father had a good friend, Soun Tendo, who have three daughters. When Ranma was young, Genma and Soun decided that Ranma has to marry one of the three daughters, so as to find an heir to the dojo Soun's running. And when Ranma and Gemma who are cursed went to the dojo, Ranma was forced to choose one fiancee among the three. Now it happens that the one chosen (um...actually not by Ranma) is the one who hate boys (for some reasons...) *very much*. Of course the two aren't happy about this. In fact they hate each other in the beginning. To futher complicate things up (the excellent work of Takahashi), there are characters like Ryoga, who turns into a cute pig, Shampoo, who turns into a cat, and many other crazy characters. Who knows what will happen to you if you live in a world like this. Later as the story developes, the relationship between Ranma and Akane is improving bit by bit, unnoticed by them. They started to learn how to deal with each other, and finally in the end...(you don't want spoilers, right? This is a example of whats on my brothers page click on this to go there:
