Yes, I am talking about our sun. The one that provides us with warmth and life. Your zodiac sign is only one of twelve signs of the zodiac. Your sign is your sun sign because the sun was in a particular section of the zodiac on the day of your bith. For example lets say your where born a Sagittarius. If your birthday was December 13 your sun sign would fall within the sign of Sagittarius because Sagittarius's segment of the zodiac circle starts on November 22 and ends on December 21. The appropriate term to use for your zodiac sign and the one I will use from now on is "sun sign".
