Hello all you game lovers. To make this short, games kick ass. Especialy computer games. And especialy video game system games. And especialy video game systems on your computer. That's right! Now, in this awsome age of technology, you can put a Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, Atari 2600, and whatever else you want on you home computer! (Yay!). Here are listed extremly nifty and well working sites for Emulation. Here's a quick run-down...
Emulators are the game systems. If you download a Sega Genesis emulator, then you have a Sega Genesis on your system. Roms are the games. They require the emulator to run them, and they have to be compatible (Sega roms go with Sega emulators). Got it?
Almost all roms and emulators are zipped (compressed files). You will need an unzip program such as winzip (OK) or pkunzip (the best!). Otherwise, you cannot use the roms and emulators.
I have around 500 Megabytes of roms. If you can't find a roms for something, e-mail me and ask for it. I'll try to find it for you, or e-mail it to you.
And the legal stuff... You're only allowed to download roms if you own the original cartridge. If you don't you need to delete the roms after 24 hours.
Happy emulating!
