Founded in Sept. 1997, We are a non-profit, non-political, foundation. With a purpose of providing wholesome , nourishing food to those in need. So that no-one would have to know hunger.
1 out of every 3 Children in Arizona lives in Poverty,
And does not get enough to eat. Food Stamp program changes are responsible for the loss of Food Stamp benefits for almost 200,000 low income Arizonans. 62% of households requesting emergency food , have an annual income of $10,000 or less.
A large gap still remains between the number of Hungry People and the ability of the existing Food Programs to Feed them.
