Barbara Eden This rather unusual costume is standard wear amongst female members of the Klingon diplomatic corp, not that Klingons are all that diplomatic at the best of times. The braided hair is excellent for concealing an emergency sword for when negotiations break down. The skimpiness of the rest of the garment, with little room for a weapons cache itself, lulls the other negotiators into a false sense of security.
