-On Saturday, July 31st, various stars from Sunset Beach and Days of Our Lives will compete against one another in a charity softball game to benefit Children of the Night. The game will begin at 12 noon at Valley Park in Burbank, California, located at 1625 N. Valley Street (cross streets are Clybourne and Edison). To add to the fun, there will be raffles with great prizes, a silent auction, and Polaroid pictures with the team. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12; they can be purchased at the gate.

TV    &    Movie    Appearances

-Eddie Cibrian (Cole) has been cast as a firefighter in Third Watch, the new NBC ensemble drama from ER creator John Wells. Anthony Ruivivar (ex-Ricky, All My Children) and Jason Wiles (ex-Colin Robbins, Beverly Hills, 90210) will co-star. Third Watch is set to debut on NBC this fall.

-Nick Stabile (ex-Mark, SB) has been cast in the dramatic feature film Brooklyn Sonnet, which will also star Olympia Dukakis and Robert Hogan, newspaperman Charlie Briggs on One Life to Live.

-J. Eddie Peck (Cole, Y&R) has completed work on But I'm a Cheerleader, a comedy about a teenager whose parents and friends suspect that she is a lesbian. Eddie Cibrian (Cole, Sunset Beach) and Michelle Williams (Jen, Dawson's Creek) also star.
