Drink 4 glasses of water

pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup
to your foods.

Take Herbal Appetite
Suppressants Mid Morning & Mid Afternoon
*if you don't take
appetite suppressants then Drink Coffee
(Warning Note: Don't
do both, you can over stimulate !)

CABBAGE SOUP DIET

6 large green onions,
2 green peppers, 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes

(diced or whole),
1 bunch celery, 1/2 head cabbage,1 package

Lipton soup mix,
1or2 cubes bouillon(optional), 1 48oz can V8

juice(optional) Season
to taste with salt,pepper,parsley,curry

garlic powder, etc.
Eat all the soup you want, whenever you want.

Day 1 - Every
fruit you want except bananas (soup)

Day 2 - All the
veggies you want, baked potato w/butter for dinner (soup)

Day 3 - Combine
day 1 and two but no potato (soup)

Day 4 - Up to
six bananas, all the skim milk you want (soup)

Day 5 - 10 to
20 ounces of beef, a can of tomatoes, 6-8 glasses of water(soup)

Day 6 - All the
beef and vegetables you want(soup)

Day 7 - Brown
rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables (soup)

No bread, alcohol,
or carbonated beverages - not even diet soda
