Marinated Pork Chops

Makes 4 servings

1 1/2 cups white vinegar
3 Tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
1 rib celery with leaves, chopped
1/8 teaspoon rosemary leaves
1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves
4 5 ounce lean loin pork chops

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Place pork chops in a deep dish; pour marinade over chops. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove chops, reserving liquid. Broil chops on a rack about 4 inches from heat source until thoroughly cooked. Turn ounce during broiling. Spoon 2 tablespoons marinade over each chop.
