Makes 4 servings
10 ounces pre-cooked breast of turkey
Cut turkey into 1/4 inch slices and set aside. In large skillet, combine wine, juices, cornstarch and mustard. Add reduced calorie jelly. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add turkey slices and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove turkey from sauce. Add mandarin oranges to sauce and stir. Heat thoroughly. Serve sauce over turkey slices.
