6 Tablespoons flour
Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add rest of ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 small loaf pans that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Divide evenly into 4 servings.
Each serving provides: 1/2 bread, 1 protein/milk, 1/2 fruit/vegetable
