Makes 4 Servings
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1. To prepare dressing; in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, caraway seeds,
sugar and pepper; stir to mix well.
2. In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onion and mint. Add dressing; toss to mix
well.
3. Serve chilled.
