1 large (6 oz.) pkg strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple
4 bananas
1 pkg.miniture marshmellows
1 can pineapple juice
5 tsp. flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 8 oz. cool whip
crushed coconut for topping
1 8 oz. cream cheese
crushed pecans

Mix strawberry jello,boiling water and crushed pineapple. Pour into a 13x9x2 inch pan. Slice bananas into mixture and cover with marshmellows. Refrigerate until well set. In a heavy pan combine 2 cups pineapple juice,flour,sugar and beaten eggs. Stir constantly until mixture thickens (this takes about 5 minutes after mixture gets hot) Set aside to cool. pour over top of the first layer.Whip cream cheese until fluffy and fold in cool whip. Pour over pudding layer,sprinkle a mixture of pecans and coconut over last layer. Keep refridgerated until served.
