My first gripe was that I could only vote for one episode. That is a very difficult task to accomplish after 5 seasons of episodes.
Not that any of those episodes were not deserving, but I thought that there were some episodes that should have been on the resulting list. You can view the results here. However, I am not alone in this opinion; the wonderful Sisters and Brothers of The Order of the Blessed St. Scully Enigmatic (otherwise known as OBSSE) share similar feelings. They conducted their own OBSSE Marathon.
First, vote for your favorite episodes. That's right not just one episode like many polls: All of them that have made your personal favorites list. If you forgot the title of an episode or want to refresh your memory about an episode, try Tiny Dancer's X-Files Episode Guide. An excellent and thorough Episode Guide, Tiny Dancer offers synopses, quotes, additional notes, and scripts. Then, list your favorite X-File Isms in the space provided in the text box located after the list of episodes at the bottom of this page. You may want to consult Tiny Dancer's X-Files Episode Guide again, if necessary.
I will add a new episode each week as it airs. If a future episode and/or quote(s) makes it to your list, you are more than welcome to come back and vote for them. My only stipulation is that you don't vote for a quote or an episode more than once. The reason for this is to get a more precise picture of what truly are the philes' favorites. Please include your name (a first name, nickname, or screen name is sufficient) and an e-mail address. I will not accept any votes that do not include some type of name and a valid e-mail address.
Currently, I only have the results for the Favorite Episode portion of this Ongoing Poll. I will update the poll results at the end of each week.
A special Thanks to Tiny Dancer, my .wav friend (That's right philes, she has a Sound Gallery at her web site) for allowing me to use her Episode Guide as a reference for this poll and to Frohike17 for her initial constructive criticism on this poll.
