Bobble's World

I'll start with a quick introduction.  I'm Bob Curry, that dopey lookin' freak to the right is me (don't ask why my head is so far tilted to the right in the picture...I feel dumb...CLICK HERE OR ON MY HEAD TO SEE WHAT I REALLY LOOK LIKE).  Anyway, here's the basics: I'm 22, from Philly, going to Gordon College (just north of Boston), majoring in Youth Min., Bible, and Social Work (yes three majors...I'm psycho), and most important, I love the Lord with all I got.  My goal with this page is to teach some of the essentials of life as I see them.  What that basically means is the rest of the page will display some of the things that have help get me by in this crazy place.  These include: music (listening, playing, and writing), basketball (hero: Julius "Dr. J" Erving), computers, cigars, Fat Albert, and a distinct fascination with hairstyles of the 80's (namely the mullet).  There is also a secret page linked on here (I know it's corny but it'll be fun I promise) if you find it you're sure to have hours of fun.  I've recently created my own website award there is a link to the rules and an application form at the bottom.  So anyway, enjoy and keep on keepin' on!

  I'll start from the center of my  heart.  This is my little sister.  The official love of my life.  That's her on the left at Denny's, and that's her when she was little on the right.  Now boys, you may think you have seen beauty before, but until you've met Jennifer Lee Curry you really haven't.  She owns my heart, and she will own yours too the instant you meet her.  But be careful, I'm very protective...and she's finally got a boyfriend that I don't feel like disembodying.

4 Over the past couple of  summers I've had the incredible  opportunity to work at tons of youth camps.  PFR (the ministry that runs that camps) puts together a staff of around 15 college students to travel the country and do this.  The picture on the right is of the staff I worked with in the summer of 97, and the left from 98.  Everyone of them is awesome.  Anyway these summers changed my life and I thought I'd throw in some info on them.  You can get more info by clicking here or on the PFR icon below.  Skim through the page, there are a lot of cool pictures and videos in there that give a little taste of what the camps are like.  Click here or on the group on the left to see more pictures from the summer of '98.
