Thursday, July 3, 2003

7:00 p.m. onwards – early registration and dinner for early arrivals.

Friday, July 4, 2003

7:00 a.m. – registration begins & breakfast.

8:30 a.m. – prathana & classical bhajans.

9:00 a.m. – joint opening ceremony for convention and matrimonial introductions

12:00 noon – lunch

Afternoon – Speeches by renowned scholars, cultural programs, games

Evening – Gala dinner, entertainment program, etc.

Saturday, July 5, 2003

7:00 a.m. – Breakfast.

8:30 a.m. – Geeta chanting, devotional songs, etc.

9:00 a.m. – Speeches by leaders in business, other fields, etc.

12:00 noon – Lunch

Afternoon – Performance by our talented youngsters, message from various Brahmin Samaj Leaders, closing ceremony & vote of thanks

Evening – Banquet dinner & entertainment program.

This is a tentative schedule; program committee will decide final program. Except for the opening and closing ceremonies, matrimonial introductions will have their own schedule. We welcome participation by individuals or groups to perform or speak. Please feel free to contact us with details.
