A General Body Meeting of the Brahmin Samaj of Georgia, Inc. will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2000 in the evening at the Diwali Milan to elect the following officer bearers for 2001-2003.

A.    Board of Directors:        Election to be held in 2001.

B.    Executive Committee:    President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer (all for 2 year terms).

C.    Managing Committees:  Two members for each committee for a term of 2 years:
                                                1.    Youth Committee
                                                2.    Religious Committee
                                                3.    Cultural Committee
                                                4.    Membership Committee
                                                5.    Publications Committee

QUALIFICATIONS:
Executive Committee and Managing Committee:  Any life member or a member in good standing for the last two years.

Written nominations that meet the qualifications as described above must be received by postmark date of OCTOBER 10, 2000.  Only these will be eligible.
