I will post up your favorite exersices here. 1)sit on the ground and spread your legs out as far as they can now lift them up and do little circles. Start out with ten circles 2X and build up. This will help you with jumps and splits. 2)It is just like #1 except you try to lean fowards and you lift you leg up and hold it up for about 20 seconds. Then you do the other leg and then both legs. This exercise helps with your jumps. 3)You do V ups and chrunches. For the lower muscles in the stomache lay on stomache and lift head and chest up as much as possible and hold for 3 seconds. This is good for stomache muscles. 4)Lay on floor bring knees up so it's like your sitting in a chair on cross them. Put your hands behing neck and do 50 crunches. 5)Lay on floor and bring legs a little up(straight). Do 10 of these. 6)Stand up and kick legs up 15 times on each leg. 7)Stand and jump bringing feet out and in. Do this 25 times. 9) Sit in a stratle and grab your heels and head to your knees on the right and left sides. Then to your middle still grab your heels and pull your self to the middle and sides hole for 30 sec. 10) sit in a butterfly and pull your head to your feet hold for 25 sec.
