A.I. Roliman is a mystery to most, for his past is shadowed with questions.  It is known that he has fought in a number of wars throughout the world, usually engaging with his own mercenary outfit that were known as "Rolly's Rapscallions".  However, while being a prominent tactician, and quite an intellectual, it is still questioned why he chooses the moniker of 'Doctor'.  He has never shown much in the way of scientific knowledge, or having displayed any techinical proficiency.  Occasionally, the Dr. has inexpliciably utilized some strange technology in his combats with the extraterrestials known as 'skigs'. 

A close eye should be kept on this one.  Recently, the Dr. has been showing signs of eccentricity.  A number of reasons could be put forth regarding this.  One, it may be from repeated attempts on his life by said 'skigs'.  Two, it could be from his prolonged association with the group known as "1824 Tech-no".  They are reportedly quite 'extreme' in their performances, and can be considered dangerous.  When approaching this bunch, exercise caution, for they are known to use steam-robotics as defense options.   Enclosed is a photo-graph of the Dr., perhaps taken in a better day.
