Frequently asked questions
Q. Will you accept checks
A. Simply, no. We cant do license or background checks on every check
we receive. For the time being, we are ONLY accepting money orders.
Q. Where do we get money orders?
A. At the bank. Some drug stores sell them too.
Q Can you reserve me a spot?
A. No. Spots are first come, first serve.
Q. What about foreign money?
A. Everyone must pay $23.00 US. Check with the exchange rate in your
country if you have questions.
Q. When will I receive my advanced CD?
A. Shortly before it is released nationwide. We can't guarantee aspecific date.
Q. When will I receive my membership kit?
A. ASAP. Orders are processed in Atlanta and filled and sent out in
New York and Ohio. Delivery may take 4-8 weeks.
Q. How will I receive advanced tour dates?
A. Either by e-mail, if you send us an e-mail address with your money
order, or by snail mail
Q. Does everything come at once?
A. It should, although if we run out of things or dont have everything
all at once, we'll send it sperately. Youll get everything we promised though.
Q. What if I have a complaint?
A. Send it in writing to the fan club address in Atlanta, or e-mail
