NET WEIGH SCALES:

These type scales (shown at top left) can be constructed of mild steel, stainless (or stainless contacts), USDA washdown, or "Teflon", equipped with belt, gravity or gravity-vibratory or auger feeders, with either one, two or four weigh hoppers for bagging 10-26 bags (25kg-50 kg) per minute @ +/- 1-2 ounces filling accuracies for either manual bagging or box-filling systems, or for integration with horizontal form-fill-seal systems.

GROSS WEIGH SCALES:

For lower production bagging, gross weigh (weigh while filling) scales can be equipped with similar feeding systems, for up to some 10 bags/minute @ +/- 2-4 ounces accuracy. *See JEM/ESP website on link at left

WEIGH and WEIGH/COUNT SCALES:

For other, more specialized products where product count is important (food products, seeds charcoal briquettes, hardwares, etc.), the PMB series scales, stainless steel & USDA washdow ( if needed), can provide from 10-40 bags/minute speeds, depending on product size and flow. These scales can also be integrated with horizontal or vertical form-fill-seal systems.
