The Willems Model BPV-250 HL high compression (5:1) baling system with overhead,electronic weigh scale, and form-fill-seal packaging unit, is the most cost-efficient, automatic baling & packaging system available worldwide, and is used in a variety of applications!

The baler (above photo) produces 250+ bales/hour, with accurate bale weights, minimizing product loss, and reducing labor and packaging costs. Willems also supplies a BPV-900-HL for small pet bales, affording 1,000 bales/hour, along with automatic bale bundling.

Bales can be stacked automatically via a Kiwasaki robot, (photo left) complete with empty pallet magazine and integrating conveyors, along with pallet load wrapper or pallet stretch hooder.
