I know, I know, I haven't updated this in quite abit. Well, almost a month. So sue me. Stop. Rewind. Don't sue me. I can't afford it. So TIBS is over now. I know I sure got alot out of it. It was really fun to meet J.P. there. Next week we go back to the normal exit. This weekend is the Freshmen Retreat. i one of the people in charge of food. :) It's gonna be alot of fun. We have many fun things lined up for the two days. The biggest news that I can think of is that I am graduating in 2 weeks exactly. How awesome is that. The one downside to that is that I will no longer be doing this website anymore. I will be giving it over to someone else. I'm not too sure who yet but don't worry, I will tell him exactly how to do it so that the style remains the same. Hopefully he will be able to update it more frequently than me. I've been really busy with graduation stuff and other stuff. Well, that's all I can think of right now. Have a great week. Latez.
Ok, so I haven't updated this in awhile but I am now. We finished our series on Love, Sex, and Dating. I think everyone got atleast something out of it. Some more than others though.And now for new news. We will be taking a break from the exit during the month of May for the Talbot Institute of Bible Study (TIBS). If you haven't signed up for it yet, I suggest you do. The world reknowned writer, thinker, speaker J.P. Moreland will be teaching the class entitled "Love God With All Your Mind". It's free for all students and there is a book that you should buy although it's not mandatory and costs $45. The class runs from 7:00pm - 9:30pm. Look into it. It looks really interesting. The only other news is that Dave will be going on vacation from us all next week. Knowing him, he'll probably just stay home and play with all of his techno gadgets (including his new Tecra Laptop).Wussup Dave.... That and Scott Doty has been teaching the Sunday School sessions for the past 2 weeks, and I must say he has done a very good job. Way to go Scott. Keep up the good work. Well, that's it for now. Well, we have officially started our Love, Sex, and Dating segment. It seems to be a very touchy subject. I feel as though all the students are learning much about their current and past relationships. We now know about Eros and Agape relationships. Interesting stuff. Well that's enough about that. On March 21, we had our Parent-Teen Paintball Day. It seemed to be a success. We now have plenty of stories to talk about. Everyone seemed to have fun. I know I did. I don't know when or what our next thing will be but keep checking the events page. See you all later. Always in Christ.
