Increased Airflow
I have always had an obsession with getting as much air into my engine bay as possible ,so when I purchased the GTiR that was one of my first tasks.
My friend Richard helped me cut out a section inside the passenger brake cooling intake.

From there a section of flexible aluminium duct was fed up through the inner wing and out by the battery

This has definitly increased the airflow to the airfilter and the amount it can inhale, the brake duct is an ideal place to extract air from as the coolest air is meant to be 9-12 inches from the road,so this is ideal.
The only problem i can see is when driving through large puddles as this will force water into the engine bay and directly to the airfilter * but with a little care there should be no problems.
* I accept no responsibilty for damage caused to anyone's engine after using my method of increased airflow.
