Ami Anderson/Sailor Mercury

Ami is a quiet and nice little schoolgirl who always gets straight A’s. She is always on time and worried about school or quoting a textbook. She wants to be a pediatrician like her mom. When she first transferred to Serena’s school from “The Brain Farm”, Luna and Serena thought that she was from the Negaverse. She is a computer genius and definitly the ‘brains’ of the scouts. She even had a chance to go to Germany to study at some high tech school, but decided to stay (Sailor Mercury Moving on?).

As Sailor Mercury, her powers are: “Mercury Bubbles Blast!”, “Mercury Ice Bubbles Freeze!”, “Mercury Ice Storm Blast!” and her new power in the new episodes “Shine Aqua Illusion!”. She is probably the least powerful of the scouts, but her brains and computer genius got them out of a lot of tough situations.

Our Thoughts

I (Camo) think that Mercury is pretty cool. Her weapons get about a 7 on a scale of 10 though, especially the “Mercury Bubbles Blast!”. She is just over all a pretty cool scout. One good thing about her is her brains. Her smarts are what saved the scouts in a lot of episodes. Her weapons did start out bad, but when she got things like "Mercury Ice Storm" and "Shine Aqua Illusion" things got better. I think that Greg(her boyfriend, well sorta) should be in it more. He is like one of the only people who knows the identity of the scouts who isn't a scout himself.

I (Star) think that Sailor Mercury is pretty cool, but can be annoying sometimes. For one thing, she studies too much. Studying is good and everyone should study and worry about their schoolwork, but she takes it a bit too far. She should have more fun with her friends. At first her powers were pretty lame. How can you hurt someone with bubbles? I then came to the conclusion that she was mainly defense instead of offense for the scouts. Her powers got better later when she got her freezing attacks, and I really like "Shine Aqua Illusion". I like, though, that she uses her brains to get out of situations. She gets an 8 on my scale.
