Rei lives in the Temple on Cherry Hill with her grandpa and Chad, a struggling musician. Rei is very bossy and thinks that she should be the leader of the Sailor Scouts instead of Serena. She and Serena fight constantly. Rei is into music and religious temple stuff like reading the fire and charms. She is also into comic books and hates it when Serena comes over to the temple to borrow them. Her favorite color is red and she loves her grandpa. She also secretly has a crush on Chad.
As Sailor Mars, her attacks are “Mars Fire Ignite”, “Mars Fireballs Charge”, “Mars Fire Bird Strike” and “Mars Celestial Fire Surround”. She is an aggressive fighter and is usually the first Scout to charge in and use her “fire powers”. She was the third Scout to appear and she came in the episode "An Uncharmed Life".
Our thoughts
I(Camo) think that Rei is pretty cool even if she is a tad on the bossy side. I love her “fire powers” they are cool. I thinks that her grandpa is pretty annoying but still cool. I also know that she has a major crush on Chad even if all she does is boss him around and complain about his singing. I think that in the future they will get married and live happily ever after. I give her a 8 on a scale of 1-10, and her weapons a 9. One thing that bugged me was when she went after Darien. That was stupid. Couldn't she see that Darien was for Serena? I think it was kind of obvious. Chad is the one for her.

Okay, sometimes Serena deserves the teasing from Rei, but at other times, Rei is just plain mean. Even after Serena grew up and stopped being such a baby, Rei didn't leave her alone. She is a little too overconfident. I think Rei has a secret crush on Chad and she was all wrong for Darien. Couldn't she tell that Darien didn't really like her? It was pretty obvious. On a scale from 1-10 I would give her an 8 and her weapons an 8 1/2.
