What is 4H?  Four-H is America's largest informal education program for boys and girls, currently involving more than five million youth from rural, urban, and rural non-farm communities throughout the United States.  In Marion County, West Virginia, the 4-H program has played an important role in the lives of more than 12,000 families since the early 1900's. A major lure of the 4-H program for youth is the annual camping experience.
"I was involved in a lot of activities growing up, but the things I learned in 4-H, especially at camp, I still use  today."
