6. vaselaar@juno.com is still hoping someone can help untangle a
HAWKINS adoption mystery. In England Nov. 1942 a soldier with
the last name HAWKINS(first name unknown) became the father of
twin girls who were put up for adoption. The twins have been
reunited after 50 years and would like to find their HAWKINS
heritage. The twins were named Arlene and Carolyn, possibly
after the soldier's sisters?? Hawkins family in the states were
aware of the birth of the twins, and one of the adoptive families
kept in contact with the Hawkins family until the early 1950's.
Mr. Hawkins may have been born 1910's-1920's, and was part Native
American(not known if mother's side or father's side). Please
     help put this puzzle together.
