You find yourself in a standing side position. Wrap your arm around his neck. Apply pressure forward and down. Try to place your foot between his legs.


(This picture is not quite right as we shot it statically) Pull him forward into a roll as you shoot your leg BETWEEN his! Maintain a TIGHT one arm head lock around your opponent. As you tuck and throw yourself into a roll, reach down and grab his closest ankle with your free hand.


Maintain this position as you roll, pulling him with you.


As you finish the roll, release the headlock and grab his ankle with both hands.


Cross your ankles and "kick" his butt with them (for proper leverage). Pull his shin tight into your chest and arch your back, applying a knee bar.
