INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE T-SHIRT TRANSFERS

YOU must have a printer
What you need is T- Shirt transfer paper that you can buy at wal-mart, best buy, or office depot.

Probably a few other places --these were the only places I checked.

The brand I picked up was called Avery Ink Jet T-Shirt Transfers

It has 12 sheets for about $4.00

  • You put the blank side face down and it will print on blank side.
  • Trim around image before ironing
  • Preparing to iron: (apply firm pressure using both hands)

    (a)Hottest iron setting.

    (b)Preheat iron for 5 minutes.

    (c)No steam.

    (d)For proper pressure use an ironing surface that is waist level or below.

    (e)Iron the t-shirt to remove any wrinkles

    (f)Position your image face down on the garment centered.

    (g)The avery logo should be face up

    4. Iron for 3 minutes for the full time with firm presure .

    (a)Using firm presure, slowly iron from one side to the other (20 seconds per pass) use enough overlapping passes to completely cover your image, especially the edges

    (b)Using firm pressure, slowly iron from bottom to top(20seconds per pass) Use enough overlapping passes to completely cover your image, especially the edges


    5.Back paper removal (a)Peel when cool to the touch (about 2 min)

    (b)Peel from corner using firm steady pressure.

    If tearing occurs,start another corner.

    6.Washing instuctions (a)Wash garment separtely (first time only)

    (b)Turn garment inside out

    (c)Wash cold water

    (d)Color safe detergent

    (e)No bleach

    (f)Remove promply from washer.

    Colors may blend if left wet too long..

    If bleeding occurs , re-wash immediately

    (g)Tumble dry warm (add towels to improve drying
